Monthly Inspections + Reports
We’ll inspect the exterior and interior of your home monthly to be sure that:
- There are no leaks
- There are no erosion or drainage problems
- The fridge + freezer is working
- There are no signs of infestation
- The thermostat is functioning properly
- Windows and doors are properly secured
We’ll also send you a post-inspection report with a picture of our visit & important updates.
Annual Maintenance
We’ll handle the nuts and bolts of a smoothly running home, checking annually:
- Lightbulbs
- Smoke detector, CO detector + home alarm batteries
- Refrigerator, furnace, and A/C filters
Plus, members are privy to these add-on services:
On-demand
maintenance & repair
If we do find a problem, we’ll hire qualified vendors to fix issues like:
- Leaks
- Pest infestation
- Electrical issues
- Plumbing problems
- Broken appliances
Pre-and-post vacation tasks
We’ll cover your before-and-after vacation to-do list of:
- Grocery shopping + fridge & pantry restocking
- House cleaning + dusting
- Moving patio furniture
- Covering or uncovering furniture
- Clearing your lawn and stairs of snow or debris
- Readjusting the thermostat + water heater
Delivery + mail pickup & drop-off
We’ll take care of off-season deliveries & drop-offs, so you don’t have to.

Once you sign up via credit card, you’ll be directed to an online form. You’ll fill out all the information we need to know about your home.

We’ll send you a picture of our monthly visit, plus an online inspection report.
3. Get on-demand repairs
If your home has a maintenance issue, we’ll offer you the option of repairing it.

What if I have a maintenance or repair request that’s not mentioned on your website or online form?
We’re here to help you with your home’s needs. If you need something that’s not offered here, reach out to us, and we’ll let you know how we can help.
How much will add-on services such as repairs, post-vacation cleaning, and customized services cost me?
Are lightbulbs, batteries, filters, and minor repairs included in your membership fee?
You’ll be billed separately for the added cost of lightbulbs, batteries, filters, and any extra maintenance or minor repairs not included in the monthly membership. You’ll be notified of the credit card charge on the monthly report.
What if I am aware of a problem that needs fixing and I’d like you to take care of it?
Our repair services are limited to members only. Once you’re a member, you’re welcome to reach out if you’d like us to take care of any add-on maintenance issues or repairs.
Do you offer a satisfaction guarantee?
We do our best, but we try to be as realistic as possible. Because there are so many home-related issues that are beyond our control, we can’t possibly offer an absolute guarantee that your home will be completely problem-free. However, you are always welcome to reach out to us with questions, and we’ll do the best we can to assist you.
